Misleading product
The Chillwell is an air cooling unit (not an air conditioner) it is a rip-off. The Ontel Corp.
is a Marketing consultant in Fairfield, New Jersey and not an actual company. It looks to be just an office or empty building. First of all the USB plug adapter is not included. The unit itself has leaking issues and barely cools a room.
I am glad I at least purchased it on Amazon and can return it for a refund. The Ontel owner is making millions and laughing all the way to the bank.

This Company is a Joke!
Look at their feedback on BBB and Federal Trade Commission. They have almost 700 negative feedbacks for not allowing people to cancel their order right away.
I tried to cancel my order right away and they refused. No time had passes to even process the order. People complained that they didn't work or stopped working after a few (3) minutes. Sent back for a refund and never got refund.
I'm refusing my shipment. The replacement filters are 34.00 a month, if you don't use the plug in you have to pay that every month. They don't have the 34.00 on their website. This is a huge scam.
Stay away from this company. Called my credit card company to get a refund.

Report Poor Business Practices
I was merely reviewing a OnTel Products Corp. items on line and NEVER actually submitted an order, but in a matter of minutes I started receiving emails showing purchases that they claimed I made!
I immediately called their Customer Service number which by itself was a joke trying to find a working number!
After finally finding a valid telephone number and speaking to a live person, I was told the items I supposedly purchased were inship status and could not be cancelled! Are you kidding me? What a scam!
Now Im fighting to get these charges cancelled via Amex.
Hopefully that will happen.
Stay away from OnTel Products Corp. They are totally unprofessional!

DISPUTE.
I PURCHASED A DEFECTIVE ARCTIC AIR TOWER 2.0 FROM STONEBERRY ONLINE ON 5/24/2022. I CALLED ONTEL CUSTOMER SERVICE 2 TIMES AND I WAS TOLD THAT I CAN GET A REPLACEMENT THE FIRST CALL TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I CONTACTED THE COMPANY I PURCHASED THE TOWER FROM (STONEBERRY) AND THEY SENT A LETTER TO YOU (ONTEL) SHOWING THE INFORMATION OF THE PURCHASE.
THIS TOWER IS LEAKING AND THE WATER DRAW WILL NOT CLOSE!!! PLEASE I WOULD LIKE TO FILE A COMPLAINT AND A DISPUTE AGAINST ONTEL, FOR NOT HELPING ME WITH THE REPLACEMENT OF THIS FAULTY PRODUCT.
I WILL NOTIFY BBB AND OTHER CONSUMER RIGHTS ORGANIZATIONS IF ONTEL DOESN'T REPLACE MY TOWER!!!

Terrible service terrible product
I ordered two Chillwell based on reviews that obviously were fake. First sent me email order was shipped with tracking number which UPS CONFIRMED was not working label.
Finally got product right out of box defective. Tried calling at least 59 or more times countless emails no answer. Finally got someone said only return when they send a ups label and I have to call once I get it to do return no label came still trying to return.
I offered to pay to return myself I was told they dont accept returns that way. This company is horrible I have reported to better business and all others including the social media they advertise on .

Wrong product shipped. Will not send PO shipping tag for return and refund. Will be contacting higher authorities. This is clearly a bogus company.
I have contacted VISA disputes, and they have initiated action. They advised me to keep the wrong product (Chillwell AC) until they tell me otherwise. When they tell me to proceed, and when I receive a shipping label, I will return the wrong item for a credit only.

For warranty you must get a RMA and pay shipping to the manufacturer this is standard procedures with most warranties. Some companies only have a 90 dat warranty.
